  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without prior notice.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Fulfillment: We ship orders from Vermont or directly from book printers in the US to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery Risks: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
  • Delays: Shipping windows are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: All sales on eBooks are final. Refunds on paperbacks are only possible if products arrive damaged.
  • Process: To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us at the email listed below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
